Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax, while staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to drive informed business decisions.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and financial institutions to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships.
- Utilize ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) to automate processes and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax compliance is advantageous).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Experience in a multinational or remote work setting is highly desirable.
