Responsibility
- Develop and execute retail and merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead and mentor a team of retail professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and product placement to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure omnichannel consistency and seamless customer journeys.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine product assortments and pricing strategies.
- Drive promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and in-store events to boost foot traffic and conversions.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square foot, inventory turnover) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (cosmetics or fashion preferred).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, optimizing merchandising, and leading teams in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, POS software, and retail analytics tools.
