Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territories
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and handle customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Bali's retail sector
- Participate in regular sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software)
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali
- Motorcycle license and willingness to travel within assigned areas
