Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in the store.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
