Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple research projects from conception to publication, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Design and implement study protocols, including data collection tools, statistical analyses, and interpretation of results.
- Collaborate with clinicians, scientists, and external partners to develop research proposals and secure funding.
- Mentor junior researchers, interns, and students, providing guidance on methodology, data analysis, and scientific writing.
- Prepare and submit manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and present findings at national and international conferences.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in medical research and integrate innovative approaches into ongoing projects.
- Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional policies.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field with a strong research background.
- Minimum 5 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in clinical or translational research.
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in grant writing, project management, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and ethical guidelines (e.g., IRB approvals).
