Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of FUJIFILM's medical products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related business/scientific field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, healthcare, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
