Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to monitor employee well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices, including first aid and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse.
- Certification in Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Training from the Philippine Red Cross or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in an occupational health setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, first aid, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in maintaining medical records and documentation.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
