Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, managing calendars and ensuring timely reminders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing patient documentation.
- Liaise with medical staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient patient care.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
- Support the healthcare team with various tasks, including preparing patient rooms and managing supplies.
- Adhere to healthcare protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record management.
