Responsibility
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial plans and organizational goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers to track expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and audits.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess project profitability and risk.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project finance, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, or other financial reporting standards is advantageous.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or shared services environment is a plus.
