Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to promote FUJIFILMās medical products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits and technical specifications of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting medical sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical products.
- Highly resilient, persistent, and self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
