Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical assistance and emergency care to patients in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, and on-site locations.
- Assist senior medical staff in performing medical procedures, patient assessments, and life-saving interventions.
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment, ensuring readiness for rapid response situations.
- Coordinate patient transportation to medical facilities, ensuring safe and efficient transfer while monitoring vital signs.
- Support medical training programs by assisting in simulations, drills, and educational sessions for healthcare staff.
- Document patient information, medical histories, and treatment details accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment to ensure patient safety and infection control.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care and follow-up services.
Qualifications
- Certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in emergency medical services, healthcare, or a related field.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, wound care, and emergency response techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and make critical decisions under stress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift, move, and transport patients safely.
