Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end market research projects, from designing methodologies to presenting findings to senior leadership and clients.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and competitive strategies.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast market growth, customer behavior, and industry shifts.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align research initiatives with business objectives and client needs.
- Create compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex data in a clear, actionable format.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide timely intelligence.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, SQL).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Experience with primary and secondary research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data mining.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
