Responsibility
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the real estate sector.

- Collaborate with various clusters to gather data and understand their research needs.

- Support the Research Team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date research databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
