Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging wellness events, workshops, and pop-ups across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.), ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional attendee experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, and partnerships) to align events with Huggy Wellnessâs brand vision and AI-driven mental health initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including vendor negotiations, budget tracking, and post-event reporting to measure success and ROI.
- Develop and maintain operational workflows to streamline event planning, participant registration, and post-event follow-ups using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Support community engagement initiatives by fostering relationships with local wellness influencers, partners, and mental health advocates in Bali.
- Monitor industry trends in AI, mental wellness, and event marketing to propose innovative ideas that enhance Huggy Wellnessâs brand presence.
- Assist in the coordination of virtual events and hybrid experiences, leveraging technology to expand reach and accessibility.
- Ensure all events comply with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, operations, or marketing, preferably in the wellness, tech, or startup space.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven track record of executing successful events, from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Eventbrite, Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for mental health, wellness, or AI-driven solutions, with a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Experience living or working in Bali is a strong advantage, with knowledge of local vendors, venues, and cultural nuances.
