Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance the brand image of the National University Health System.
- Lead the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and crisis communications, to maintain a positive public image.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all departments and initiatives.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos, to support key campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- Organize and coordinate events, such as press conferences, seminars, and community outreach programs, to promote the organization's mission.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies, preferably in the healthcare or academic sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in media relations, including working with journalists, managing press inquiries, and handling crisis communications.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content.
