Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for medium-sized sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and Accenture’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, subject matter experts, and legal, to gather inputs and refine proposal content.
  • Develop persuasive, well-structured proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that highlight Accenture’s value proposition.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to strengthen proposal positioning and differentiation.
  • Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time submission and high-quality outputs.
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback to enhance proposal effectiveness.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content to streamline future bids.
  • Support senior Proposal Managers in complex, high-value bids by contributing research, content, and strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful proposals or RFP responses in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proposal management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into compelling solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
