Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for medium-sized sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and Accenture’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, subject matter experts, and legal, to gather inputs and refine proposal content.
- Develop persuasive, well-structured proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that highlight Accenture’s value proposition.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to strengthen proposal positioning and differentiation.
- Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time submission and high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback to enhance proposal effectiveness.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content to streamline future bids.
- Support senior Proposal Managers in complex, high-value bids by contributing research, content, and strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful proposals or RFP responses in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proposal management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into compelling solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
