Responsibility
- Design and edit high-quality product images, banners, and social media graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly product descriptions, blog posts, and ad copy to boost search rankings and conversions.
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) with fresh content and promotional materials.
- Develop and schedule social media calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice across channels like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns, email newsletters, and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
- Assist with basic video editing for product demos, tutorials, or social media reels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) in e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a knack for persuasive copywriting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) and CMS tools like WordPress.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization for product listings and content.
