Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos that align with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media and email campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful connections with our audience
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative
- Assist in the development of marketing calendars and campaign timelines to ensure consistent brand messaging
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in social media management and email marketing, preferably in a remote or digital agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and email marketing initiatives
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video editing tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus
