Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Design high-impact visual content (graphics, videos, infographics) aligned with brand identity.
- Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, on-brand content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative direction.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in design, marketing, and social media to innovate proactively.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant publications.
- Assist in brand development initiatives, including logo design, packaging, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
