Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end renewal processes for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate contract extensions.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to prepare renewal proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
- Monitor renewal pipelines and provide regular reports on progress, risks, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer usage data and market trends to recommend strategic renewal approaches.
- Resolve escalated customer issues related to renewals and ensure a smooth transition to renewed services.
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing models, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales, preferably in a BPO or tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift schedule with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
