Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to B2B and B2C clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing at the counter or via phone/email.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products/services.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, email, Excel) is advantageous.
