Responsibility
- Build rapid rapport with customers to establish trust and credibility during phone and chat interactions.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and strategic questioning to offer personalized solutions.
- Present Shawâs products and services clearly, highlighting key benefits and value propositions to drive conversions.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, including order processing, troubleshooting, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on Shawâs product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments (BPO experience is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling objections.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, phone systems, and chat platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
