Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
- Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Drive team performance through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and ATS tools for recruitment.
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
