As our On-Call HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring the best candidates for our team. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. This is a remote-friendly position, allowing you to work flexibly from Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
