Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance workforce productivity and satisfaction.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety standards.
- Lead training and development programs to upskill employees and align their growth with organizational needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape company policies, compensation structures, and employee well-being initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali with a proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
