Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date HR records.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Design and conduct training programs to upskill employees and align them with company goals.
- Collaborate with management to streamline HR and administrative processes for efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
