Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle conflict resolution and employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite in Badung, Bali (Day Shift).
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR certifications are highly desirable.
