Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive insights to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruiter, with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
