Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content, including eLearning modules, multimedia, and job aids.
- Apply instructional design principles and AI tools to create innovative and effective learning solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other multimedia software.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and eLearning.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Experience with AI-driven design tools and multimedia software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative learning solutions.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
