Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and local labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates to meet organizational needs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle general affairs duties, such as office administration, facility management, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance across all workplace operations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HRIS software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in general affairs, office administration, or facility management is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are advantageous.
