Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber talent across various functions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Enhance employer branding through innovative initiatives and candidate engagement programs.
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with the Bali job market and local employment regulations is a plus.
