Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive operational excellence.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing team.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee relations issues proactively.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and hiring managers.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to business leaders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent, supporting organizational development initiatives and driving cultural transformation.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
