Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
