Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Create and oversee incentive and reward programs (e.g., bonuses, recognition schemes) to drive employee motivation and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate performance data into talent development and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements to reward strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance evaluation best practices and reward program utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance management, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive design.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in agribusiness, manufacturing, or fast-growing industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) or performance management is highly desirable.
