Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.
- Oversee payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all locations.
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on rewards optimization and employee engagement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through innovative rewards programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, particularly in Bali, and international HR standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS platforms, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Experience in payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance audits.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
