As the HR Executive for Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce optimization tailored to the demands of warehouse and supply chain operations. Based in Bali’s key business districts (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a productive, compliant, and motivated workforce. Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and logistics roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the logistics industry, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Resolve employee relations issues proactively, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill staff in logistics-specific competencies.
- Ensure workplace safety and health standards are met in alignment with industry regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to optimize staffing levels and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics, warehouse, or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly advantageous.
