Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the HR and General Affairs (HRGA) team to ensure efficient and effective operations across headquarters and branch offices.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on key performance indicators, such as turnover rates, hiring efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., HR Manager, HRGA Manager, or similar).
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
