Responsibility
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance records, leave requests, and timesheet submissions.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and confidential records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate foreign worker documentation, work permits, and visa applications as required.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office supplies management.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general HR support to employees and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
