Responsibility
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to foster positive employee-employer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace disputes and grievances.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies and legal documentation to mitigate risks.
- Lead negotiations with labor unions and represent the company in legal proceedings if necessary.
- Design and deliver training programs on labor laws, workplace ethics, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and report on industrial relations trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law, or HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal and HR issues and provide strategic solutions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification in HR or labor law (e.g., SHRM, AHRI) is a plus.
