As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR department, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Based in Bali’s most vibrant areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, diversity, and professional growth. Whether you're resolving employee queries, coordinating training programs, or analyzing HR metrics, your contributions will directly impact our team’s success and employee satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and attendance, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Administer payroll processing, benefits, and compensation packages in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records, both digital and physical, while maintaining data privacy and security.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
