Responsibility
- Lead the regional HRIS function, overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) to support business needs.
- Drive HR digital transformation by identifying and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with global HR policies, local regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to align HRIS with business objectives, including payroll integration, reporting, and analytics.
- Manage system upgrades, integrations, and third-party vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations and scalability.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR teams and end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Monitor HRIS performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Support global HR initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years in a regional or global role within an MNC.
- Proven expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and compliance.
- Experience with HR analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive HR technology innovation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
