Responsibility
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs and refine sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality candidate matches.
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes in a freelance or remote setting.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
