As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to hiring top-tier talent. Responsibility
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques, job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on expectations, and provide market insights.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews, evaluate qualifications, and present top candidates with data-driven recommendations.
- Employer Branding: Enhance PSG Global Solutionsâ reputation as an employer of choice through compelling job postings and candidate engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring quick turnaround times.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior or lead role within HR, staffing, or a corporate environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment trends, tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter), and best practices.
