Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and career development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
  • Coordinate general affairs and office administration, including facility management, vendor contracts, and workplace safety.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology or multinational sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and BPJS systems.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, talent development, and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local platforms).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience in administrative and general affairs management is highly desirable.
