Responsibility

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines or Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
