Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in HR-related functions such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee facility management, including office maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
  • Monitor and report on office expenses, budgets, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Provide general support to employees and management to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or HR support roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and administrative procedures.
