Responsibility
- Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
- Develop and facilitate training and development initiatives aligned with business goals and employee career paths.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to cultivate a positive workplace culture that reflects the companyâs values and mission.
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events to foster a sense of community.
- Analyze engagement metrics and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously enhance engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, learning & development, or organizational culture.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful engagement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with HRIS or learning management systems is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fostering inclusive and collaborative work environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
