Responsibility

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s short- and long-term business goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations across all departments.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
