Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s short- and long-term business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations across all departments.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring market competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
