Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the manpower agency, ensuring adherence to DMW and international labor standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to deployment and onboarding.
- Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for workforce deployment, including documentation and certification.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manpower or recruitment agency.
- Strong knowledge of DMW regulations and international labor laws.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
