Responsibility
- Participate in a comprehensive HR training program, covering Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS.
- Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRIS systems to streamline HR operations.
- Analyze compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Support organizational development projects, including change management and workforce planning.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics for senior management review.
- Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, or HRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.
- High adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic industrial setting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
