Responsibility

  • Participate in a comprehensive HR training program, covering Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRIS systems to streamline HR operations.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Support organizational development projects, including change management and workforce planning.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics for senior management review.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, or HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.
  • High adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic industrial setting.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
